The Floral Mini is the atelier's most joyful piece — proof that structure and delight are not mutually exclusive. It is the exception to our usual palette of night-sky colours and architectural forms.
The floral is a jacquard-woven print, not a surface print — the pattern exists within the weave of the fabric itself, giving it a dimensional quality that flat-printed textiles cannot replicate. The dress is cut short, with a structured bodice and a skirt that has precisely enough volume to move.

The Fabric
The jacquard used in the Floral Mini is woven in two thread colours, creating the floral pattern within the fabric structure itself. This gives the print dimensionality and ensures it cannot fade, crack, or peel.
The Pattern Matching
The floral motifs at the bodice-to-skirt seam are matched precisely on both front and back panels. This requires cutting with careful attention to the repeat — and accepting some fabric waste. We accept it.
The Volume
The skirt petticoat beneath the jacquard is cut from silk organza in a full circle, producing a gentle bell shape that holds the jacquard fabric away from the body without bulk or stiffness.
